Invitation to the 2009 Annual General Meeting

Sunday 15^th November 2009

You are invited to the 2009 Annual General Meeting of the EGRCMN to be held at 12.00 noon on Sunday 15^th November at the Gippsland Lakes Fishing Club, Bullock Island, Lakes Entrance.

Immediately following the AGM, a presentation will be made indicating progress and highlights resulting from project activities conducted by the EGRCMN during 2009. 

A BBQ lunch will be provided. Please RSVP for catering purposes to facilitator@egrainforest.org.au or phone 0417 557 114.

Following lunch, a site visit to the Littoral Rainforest along the northern escarpment of the North Arm will take place.

Please note that nominations are encouraged for the positions of Office Bearers and Committee for 2010. A nomination form is attached. Please submit nominations to the Secretary by 8^th November 2009.
